Cloves are a dark brown, highly pungent and aromatic spice which should be used sparingly in both sweet and savoury dishes such as curries, sauces, stocks, apple dishes. Not just the cummin I have been using you guys for a couple of years always great spices, I don’t normally to reviews for any companies. But in a time where things are expensive and companies are profiting as much as they can, you shocked me as when I got my delivery there was a reusable shopping bag, a box of papadums and all the spices where in special cotton bags.
