In the press – Carolyn Creswell, founder of Carman’s Muesli, shares her kitchen secrets, and we were delighted to see  she had packet of the spice people’s  black sesame seeds in her pantry. Carolyn  rates  this as her big new discovery. She loves the extra nutty flavour that the unhulled black sesame seeds impart  when added to soups, stews, salads. We use the black  sesame seeds in our Japanese cooking as well as the spiced nuts and seeds topper recipe.
