* In this recipe Emma uses the street kitchen packet sauce but for a healthier, fresher and more authentic flavour try using our Indian Butter Chicken dried spice blend.
In a large baking dish add the spice mix and mix well to combine. Add the chicken and stir until each wing has been well coated then place into the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken in cooked.
Whilst the chicken is simmering, you can make your macadamia crumble.
In a large saucepan, melt the ghee over medium-high heat. Add in the onions and turn the heat to low. Saute the onions until they are translucent and starting to colour. Then add in the sugar, green chilli, whole cumin seeds and macadamias and fry until fragrant. Season to taste. Drain the excess ghee on paper towel and set aside to cool.
Remove the cooked chicken from the oven and rest for 10 minutes.
Serve the Butter Chicken with a sprinkle of the crumb over the top and your night is pretty much set!
