Mild in heat and intensely spiced, this blend is used to make fluffy golden baked rice perfumed with this traditional masala of allspice, cardamom, and turmeric, and studded with sweet fried onions, tangy mango, and tender pieces of meat. Biryani can be made with chicken, beef, lamb, or vegetables.

Parsley flakes are a versatile and popular rich forest green herb, and one of the most widely used herbs in Western cooking. It has a mild, refreshing, and sweet flavour that complements many dishes and combines well with other herbs. These are 100% Australian-grown Parsley Flakes that are harvested at their peak and sun-dried to lock in their flavour and aroma. Australian-grown Parsley Flakes are grown, harvested, dried, and processed all on home soil.
Pink peppercorns come from a Shinus species of tree and have a soft, sweet, fruity flavor much like the Juniper Berry. Native to both Peru and Brazil, pink peppercorns are best-used whole, not ground.

Pepper Berries come from a shrub that grows in the alpine regions of Tasmania and south-east mainland of Australia. The berries have a bright purple or dark blue colour with intense heat, complex fruity flavour and sweet aroma. They are characterised by their versatility and are hotter than conventional peppercorns. Use it in any dish to spice it up with a peppery zing.
Originally made in Mozambique by the Portuguese, this zesty spice blend is most commonly used as a spice rub on grilled chicken. Sichuan Pepper is an oriental fruit grown on a small ash tree native to the Sichuan province of China. Even though it is called pepper, it is not a true pepper and is not related to black peppercorns, which are from India. The berries have a warm peppery fragrance, with citrus notes & a clean fresh aftertaste leaving a slightly numbing sensation on the tongue. It is the outer husk that has all the flavour, the internal hard black seed is edible but can add a bitter taste. It is a key ingredient in Chinese cuisine and used in some Asian recipes. It is used in our chilli sichuan salt and calamari salt and pepper blends.

Spanish paprika sweet is made from ground red pepper has a rich red colour while retaining a mild flavour which complements most savoury dishes. Due to its vibrant colour and full-bodied flavour it is used in many European and Indian dishes. It gives a subtle caramelised sweet warmth to dishes and it is a core ingredient in our North Africa Chermula.
