How to use:

  • Use to add an intense berry flavour and aroma to cooked fruit dishes, desserts or jams
  • Steep in hot water to create a warming and subtly sweet berry elixir,
  • Add to your favourite herbal tea blends for a fruit kick
  • Use in baking for a unique strawberry flavour
  • Its flavour is quite pungent so use 1tsp at a time and taste and smell as you go
