Kunzea can be used as an Australian seasoning for sweet and savoury dishes. With hints of citrus and eucalyptus, White Kunzea also makes a beautiful tea when brewed in warm water.

  • Tip: The best qualities are released when cooked dry e.g. roasts, fried similar to rosemary
