Hibiscus Chai and Berry Bircher
Print is recipe
This refreshing morning pick-me-up is the perfect sweet hit to wake you up in the morning. By preparing this the night before, it means I can enjoy a healthy, sustaining and delicious breakfast even if i’m in a hurry. The sweetness of the Hibiscus Chai is enough for me to offset the tartness of the raspberries however, I often like to add a little drizzle of honey when serving along with some fresh raspberries and pepitas, but you can top with any fruit, seeds or nuts you like.
A refreshingly different way of using your chai mix and a very sweet (and healthy) way to start your day.

Hibiscus Chai
Product description
Hibiscus and mint chai is a sugar-free herbal tisane that can be enjoyed as a warm brew or delicious iced tea for those hot summer days. Our brew is wonderfully refreshing and sugar-free, with no artificial sweetener or honey just the natural sweetness from hibiscus flowers. It is a terrific guilt-free pick me up for those afternoon energy slumps. The hibiscus flowers add a wonderful sweetness that even kids will enjoy as an alternative to cordial.
