Simple Prawn Fajitas are just that – so simple! Ready in mere minutes, these beauties serve up perfectly plump, pink, and sizzling prawns with sweet peppers and onions, tossed through our super-flavourful Burrito/Fajita Spice Mix and served alongside some cooling sour cream and smashed avo atop soft flour tortillas.

An easy serve-yourself dinner that’s oh-so-delicious!

Spices used in this recipe



  1. Place a pan on med-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. When hot, add in your pepper and onion slices and saute until super soft and slightly starting to char – about 4-5 mins.

    Remove and set aside in a bowl.

    While the veggies are frying, mash your avocado with a fork and add a pinch of salt and the juice of the lime. Set aside for serving.

  2. Place the pan back on the heat with another drizzle of oil and add in your prawns and cook until they turn pink and opaque – about 2-4 mins. Add in your burrito/fajita spice mix and toss through. Add your veggies in and toss everything together for 3 min. Remove from the pan and place on a plate for serving.

  3. To serve, warm your tortillas through and serve them alongside your prawn and veg mix, sour cream, and smashed avo, and enjoy!
