Creating well-balanced meals is something we all struggle with. One of the things I love about Indian cuisine is that all meals contain a variety of dishes which makes balancing your meal easy. Adding spiced curd is a great way to add pro-biotics and aid digestion. The spices in the recipe complement any rice or lentil dish and it is so easy to make and will keep in the fridge for several days.
