Made from imported and local spices including:
Sweet paprika, turmeric, sea salt (9g), cumin, garlic, onion, oregano, black pepper, ancho chilli pepper, lemon peel. NO sugar, additives, or preservatives.
How to use:
Mix with olive oil, orange or lime juice to create a wet marinade that can be used to coat meat, fish, or seafood before grilling or roasting
Sprinkle over veggies before roasting
Rub over corn cobs with olive oil before placing on a hot grill
Add to a tomato or vegetable soup in the beginning stage to release the essential oils in the spices
Rub over meat before placing in the slow cooker with stock and veggies for a wonderful Mexican-inspired stew
Use 1tbsp to 500g of protein

English Lavender is a member of the mint family. It has a floral sweet and slightly citrus flavour. Dried lavender buds are used to add colour and flavour to many savoury and sweet dishes. It is used in baked goods or as a garnish. Also, it is key ingredient in our Herbs de Provence blend.
Greek Gyros is a traditional Greek dish made from slow cooked spiced meat served in flat bread with onion, tomato and lettuce. This delicious and all-purpose blend made from dried herbs and spices gives the traditional flavour and aroma of Greek cuisine to many dishes, both of the meat and vegetable variety. This Greek family favourite is used to season beef, pork, chicken, or lamb. The mix comprises of very traditional mediterranean herbs and spices: oregano, paprika, black pepper, cumin, sea salt, garlic and onion. For best results rub your meat of choice generously with the seasoning and a small amount of oil and roast in a deep-dish pan in a moderate oven. Cooking times and temperatures will vary depending on the size of meat. Serve atop flat bread with your desired salad ingredients, a generous dollop of tzatziki and enjoy!
