High-Protein Cottage Cheese Cinnamon Doughnuts

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup almond flour

½ cup plain flour

1 tsp baking powder

The Spice People Cinnamon

2–3 tbsp maple syrup

125 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)

The Spice People Cinnamon Sugar

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
  2. Roll into small doughnut-sized balls and place in an air fryer.
  3. Cook for 10–15 minutes at 180°C, or until golden brown.
  4. While warm, roll the doughnuts in Cinammon Sugar.
  5. Serve fresh with extra raspberries or a drizzle of maple syrup.
