Directions

  1. Roll the pizza dough into small balls and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Pour over the melted butter and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
  3. Gently toss until all dough balls are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange into a greased bundt tin and cover.
  5. Set aside to prove for 30–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until golden and puffed.
