Mango & Avocado Salad with Native Pepperberry

Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 cups rocket or mixed greens
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup raw macadamia nuts
- 50g feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ tsp Native Pepper Berry
- Salt to taste, optional
Directions
- In a bowl, combine mango, avocado, rocket, and red onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then toss gently.
- In a small pan set over medium heat, toast macadamias until golden.
- Sprinkle salad with crumbled feta, toasted macadamia nuts, and Native Pepper Berry. Season with salt, if desired.
