A fresh, vibrant salad with an Aussie bushfood twist – studded with toasted macadamias and sprinkled with Native Pepperberry for a mild, fruity heat. Perfect for entertaining and pairs wonderfully with our Lamb Roast. 

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine mango, avocado, rocket, and red onion.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then toss gently.
  3. In a small pan set over medium heat, toast macadamias until golden.
  4. Sprinkle salad with crumbled feta, toasted macadamia nuts, and Native Pepper Berry. Season with salt, if desired.
