Miso Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp The Spice People’s Crushed Chillies
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander
  • lime wedges, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Combine the miso, oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Whisk well to combine.
  3. Toss the cauliflower with the miso mixture and spread in a single layer on a baking tray.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, until well browned. Toss with fresh coriander and serve immediately with lime wedges.
