Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized peaches, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp The Spice People’s Australian Native Wild Thyme
  • 1 bottle prosecco – or any sparkling wine

Directions

  1. Simply puree the peaches, water, lemon juice and native thyme in a blender until smooth.
  2. Fill a champagne flute a quarter full of puree, then top up with prosecco and enjoy!
