Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized peaches, peeled and diced
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp The Spice People’s Australian Native Wild Thyme
- 1 bottle prosecco – or any sparkling wine
Directions
- Simply puree the peaches, water, lemon juice and native thyme in a blender until smooth.
- Fill a champagne flute a quarter full of puree, then top up with prosecco and enjoy!
