The company had exactly what I wanted and much more interesting spices and products.
I made an onion pancake using dukkah as a spice in the onions and sprinkling some dukkah on top of the finished pancake with some fried dried shallots for flavour. The dukkah added so uch depth of flavour it was mouth watering and sizzled on the tastebuds. I will be using dukkah regularly from now on.
I bought online for the spice people have not been to their store but it's always like nicely packaged and comes when I need it to be arriving so that's all I can add to that.
