Experience the difference with Katoomba Rice, ethically sourced from the lush farms of Punjab and crafted to the highest standards of quality. Each grain delivers exceptional aroma, texture, and flavour, elevating everyday meals into memorable dining experiences. Taste the distinction of a product that is carefully cultivated, responsibly sourced, and crafted to wow, far beyond the ordinary supermarket Indian brands.

Stovetop:

Rinse 1 cup of rice under cold water until water runs clear.

Soak for 20–30 minutes (optional, enhances fluffiness).

In a saucepan, add 2 cups of water for every 1 cup of rice.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.

Simmer for 12–15 minutes until water is absorbed and grains are tender.

Remove from heat, let stand covered for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.

Rice Cooker:

Rinse 1 cup of rice under cold water until water runs clear.

Soak for 20–30 minutes (optional).

Add to rice cooker with 2 cups of water per cup of rice.

Cook according to your rice cooker instructions.

Let it stand for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
