Experience the difference with Katoomba Rice — ethically sourced from the lush farms of Punjab and crafted to the highest standards of quality. Each grain delivers exceptional aroma, texture, and flavour, elevating everyday meals into memorable dining experiences. Taste the distinction of a product that is carefully cultivated, responsibly sourced, and crafted to wow, far beyond the ordinary supermarket Indian brands.

Stovetop:

Rinse 1 cup of Sella rice under cold water until water runs clear.

Add 2¼ cups of water for every 1 cup of rice in a saucepan.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and cover.

Simmer for 15–18 minutes until water is absorbed and grains are firm and separate.

Remove from heat, let stand covered for 5 minutes, then fluff gently with a fork.

Rice Cooker:

Rinse 1 cup of Sella rice under cold water until water runs clear.

Add to rice cooker with 2¼ cups of water per cup of rice.

Cook using the white rice setting.

Let stand for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
