Pangkarra is a family-owned business based in the Clare Valley, South Australia. Made from 100% natural durum wheat grown on their own farm, Pangkarra pasta is high in fibre, low in fat, and an excellent source of antioxidants.

Carefully crafted using traditional stone milling techniques and locally manufactured in Adelaide, Pangkarra transforms wholegrain pasta into a delicious, wholesome alternative that rivals regular pasta. From farm to plate, quality is at the heart of every step.

Serve with light seafood sauces, such as clams, prawns, or scallops, for a coastal-inspired meal.
