Harvested directly from the historic soils of Maldon in regional Victoria, these organic basil leaves capture the full richness of authentic Australian farming. Grown in small batches, availability rests entirely on local harvest yields, making every batch a genuinely limited, seasonal release. Carefully dried to preserve its essential oils and field-fresh aroma, this locally cultivated herb delivers pure, uncompromised flavor from Maldon’s fields straight to your table.
