Bring the bold flavours of Indian cooking to the backyard grill.

Inspired by the vibrant flavours of the tandoor, our Tandoori BBQ Seasoning is a fragrant Indian-style spice blend crafted for barbecuing, grilling and roasting. It combines warming spices with savoury depth and a gentle chilli kick, creating a beautifully aromatic crust as it cooks.

Think charred edges, smoky spice and juicy, flavour-packed meat ,the kind of food that belongs in the middle of a table, surrounded by friends, cold drinks and plenty of sides.

Designed to be incredibly easy to use, simply coat your favourite cuts generously before they hit the grill. The blend works beautifully with chicken, lamb, beef and seafood, and is equally delicious on vegetables, paneer and halloumi.

Tandoori is a fragrant blend inspired by the vibrant spices of Indian cooking, bringing together aromatic herbs and warming spices in perfect balance. Traditionally used to create the iconic tandoori chicken, this beautifully mild blend delivers layers of flavour without overwhelming heat, making it an easy favourite for the whole family.

Beyond chicken, its versatility makes it a natural companion to seafood, vegetables and paneer. Use it as a rub, stir it through marinades or sprinkle it over vegetables before roasting or barbecuing.

1 x Tandoori BBQ Seasoning

Generously coat meat, seafood or vegetables with Tandoori BBQ Seasoning and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or ideally several hours for deeper flavour.

Chicken: Rub over thighs, wings or drumsticks before grilling for juicy meat and beautifully charred edges.

Seafood: Sprinkle over prawns, fish or squid before grilling.
Vegetables: Toss with cauliflower, potatoes, mushrooms or capsicum before roasting or grilling.

Paneer & halloumi: Coat generously and grill until golden and charred.

For an easy tandoori-style marinade, mix the seasoning with yoghurt, lemon juice and a splash of oil, then coat your chosen protein or vegetables before grilling.
