Whole Fennel Seeds are obtained from the aromatic and tall fennel plant, which originated in the Mediterranean and are member of the caraway family. The seeds release a strong anise flavour that is warm and breath freshening. It is a key ingredient of the Chinese five-spice and Herbs de Provence.

Not just the cummin I have been using you guys for a couple of years always great spices, I don’t normally to reviews for any companies. But in a time where things are expensive and companies are profiting as much as they can, you shocked me as when I got my delivery there was a reusable shopping bag, a box of papadums and all the spices where in special cotton bags.
I know this is marketing stuff but this costs your company money and I just want to say keep up the good work and a huge thank you it’s the little things that can help and make a difference. I will use the shopping bag and the papadums thank you 🙏🏼
