Although I substituted pork for the lamb the ingredients worked well. I mixed the masala-mild mixture in 2 xTbsp of oil and marinated the pork overnight. My guests and I were very impressed with the results. Not only was the curry easy to prepare the resulting mild curry taste was quite delicious. I am now confident that the other mixtures purchased will give the same excellent result.
