Ingredients

  • 1 large meringue base or 6 small individual ones
  • 300 ml thickened cream
  • 1 tbsp The Spice People’s Strawberry Gum
  • 1/2 tbsp of caster sugar
  • 1 punnet fresh cherries

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add your cream, strawberry gum powder and sugar and whip into soft peaks.
  2. Top your meringue base with the cream, followed by your cherries. Serve with a fresh sprig of mint and enjoy!
