Cinnamon Tea Cake

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups self-raising flour
- ¾ cup caster sugar
- 1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
- 125g butter (softened)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 160°C (fan-forced). Grease a 20cm round cake tin.
- In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Fold in flour, cinnamon, salt, and milk until smooth.
- Pour into tin and bake for 25–30 minutes.
- While warm, brush top with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
