Chinese Five Spice Pork Meatball Soup with Orzo

Ingredients

500g pork mince

2 tbsp The Spice People Chinese Five Spice

Chopped fresh coriander

1/2 nappa cabbage

1 clove garlic

Ginger

1 tbsp soy sauce

500ml beef stock

1 tsp chilli flakes

Directions

  1. Combine pork mince with Chinese Five Spice, coriander and a pinch of salt. Roll into small meatballs.
  2. To a large pot, add cabbage, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chilli flakes, orzo and stock. Bring to a boil for roughly 10 minutes.
  3. Add the meatballs and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Serve topped with chopped chives and chilli oil.
