Kentucky style chicken nuggets as home. We believe we have cracked the code for the colonel’s secret herbs and spices. Our version is simple and easy to make and the kids love it.
Spices used in this recipe
1. Mix calamari salt n pepper spices with flour and coat the pieces of chicken. Dust off excess flour.
2. Heat the oil in a deep dish frying pan. Test the oil is hot enough by dipping a piece of chicken into the oil;
if it sizzles, the oil is hot enough. Carefully place the chicken pieces in a single layer in the pan and cook
for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
3. Serve with potato chips and salad or put into wraps
This mixture is great with other meats too! Try calamari, white fish fillets or pork. (Use plain flour for the calamari as it sticks better to it.
